Mutton Curry

Method

  1. Fry chopped onions until golden brown in butter.
  2. Add all other ingredients except meat, tomatoes coriander leaves and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and fry for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Add meat pieces and stir well, then add water.
  5. Cook on a low heat until meat is tender.
  6. Garnish the dish with chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Serve it hot with rice, chappaties or nan.

Note: Pork can also be cooked in the same way.
